Telephone & Cable
The installation of a telephone line or TV cable in the resident’s room is possible by contacting your local service providers.
The resident or their representatives are responsible for arranging the service, including opening the account in the resident’s name, the installation, and handling all related costs.
Additionally, you must bring your own TV and telephone.

Parking
Visitor parking is provided free of charge in our parking lot on the EAST side of the building.
Parking in the front is reserved for reduced mobility, taxis and emergency vehicles ONLY. Visitors must have a valid handicap permit.
